Problem
Our client, a private equity backed MBO that was carved out of a large multinational infrastructure business and needed to create standalone systems and processes.
The business was performing well but needed to separate from the group business professionally without casing embarrassment to the group leadership team. This involved implementing best in class systems and processes that would ensure customers were being served within SLA’s and compliance.
Williams Bain supplied a career Interim Programme Manager with a proven track record of implementing hand held systems utilised by mobile engineers in addition to optimising the newly implemented ERP system.
