Problem
Our client a regulated multi £bn Utilities infrastructure business with a prominent overseas investor required support to deliver a strategic disposal. The business unit had been underperforming for some time and the decision was made to turnaround the business and prepare for sale.
The programme was business critical but also confidential, our client needed the disposal to be delivered at pace and that required best in class business analysis including; documenting processes, fact building to assist due diligence, formulation of the TSA and change support.
Williams Bain supplied a career Interim Business Analyst with very strong problem solving skills and extensive experience delivering best in class business analysis to support a sale process. This Interim Manager reported directly to the Interim Programme Director.
