Problem
Our client, a £600m turnover distribution business had grown exponentially with over 15 acquisitions and plans for more. In order for the CEO to achieve £1bn in revenue the acquisitions needed to be integrated to create a single digital customer operation including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and multiple app based toolkits. Williams Bain supplied an Interim Programme Director who had experience of supporting the integration of systems and processes which included over 100 field based engineers. The interim manager had worked with us previously on 4 separate occassions.
