Our client, a sub £5m UK based services division, part of a £40m support services group that is private equity backed. The group performance was being held back by a division that was underperforming. A decision was made by the board to keep the division due to its strategic value and growth potential. Williams Bain supplied an experienced Interim Managing Director with strong transformation skills to turnaround operational and financial performance bringing a positive financial contribution and stability to the group within 9 months.

  • Managing Director: P&L experience in small, medium & large companies including listed companies and private equity backed portfolio companies
  • Regulatory: Previous experience working in a regulated business in the UK Utilities Industry. Understanding of regulatory compliance
