Why should I work with you?

We have been delivering permanent search mandates for over 13 years, we are best utilised when the hire is business critical or board important or if the business is experiencing planned for forced change.

How long does it take to recruit someone?

Usually we can build a shortlist in 6 weeks and it can take between 2 weeks and 8 weeks for our clients to go through the interview process. We are often engaged when another agency has failed to submit the right person and time is now critical.

Do I need to send you a job spec?

No, we can create a briefing document based on the objectives for the role and share this with you and the candidates. At the employee offer stage we would encourage you to create a formal job spec from our briefing document, this is good practice for most UK companies but we dont need it to start the search.
