Interim Management

Our speciality is securing our clients the most suitable Interim Manager who is immediately available. We do this well by knowing our candidates strengths and matching that to the presenting business problem and desired outcomes. We operate very quickly usually sending a shortlist to clients within 24 hours.

Permanent - Director Level

Our Permanent Search is focused on vacancies that are difficult to fill. This can be because the business has a strategy that is yet to be defined or the business is non-core, pre-divestment, in need of turnaround or needs to deliver major change. We operate on a retained basis and deliver an approved shortlist within 3 weeks.

Fixed Term Contracts

A large proportion of our senior candidates will deliver Interim Management assignments on a fixed term contract basis. This means that they will be paid with Tax and National Insurance deducted at source making them IR35 compliant as we approach April 2021.


Our discreet Consultancy service is delivered by our senior level Interim Managers. Usually they are given a business problem to solve and use their vast experience to review, benchmark and report to the budget holder. Assignments of this type are typically 2-6 weeks and non-evasive.
